For those who love buzzy guitar pop with a liberal sprinkling of tape hiss, Beehouse Records have resurrected this nearly-forgotten slice of lo-fi pop/rock/whatever. Recorded in a small apartment in Arcata, CA on a Yamaha 4-track, Sparkles in the Milk is a strange mixture of 70’s AM radio melodies and balls-out 80’s underground rock (Todd Rundgren meets Husker Du?) that will hopefully leave a stupid grin on your face.

FUN FACT: Many of the original 1994 cassette master tapes used to create Sparkles in the Milk sound even worse now.
